1. Tidy
Why is this important? Since your time in the office is extremely valuable, you must make use of it to handle all the work. Don’t waste time rummaging through everything. Organize your desk neatly, scientifically and make sure your frequently used things are always within reach. You will be able to do more work, reduce stress and when you come home, you will be able to devote yourself to your family without worrying about unfinished business at the Company. However, to get neat and tidy must apply every day.
2. Combine work and family plans
Plan scientifically and in chronological order: men, quarters, months, weeks… Can be recorded in notebooks, saved in computers, mobile phones, PDAs… but important in those plans have a share for the family, children in a reasonable proportion of time. 4. Take advantage of every opportunity to combine work and relax with family
If you want to be promoted and succeed, your working day is not only 8 hours. Never think, after office hours, you can be completely devoted to your family. Therefore, taking advantage of appointments and contacting partners during working hours is very important. The remaining paperwork can be “cheat” to be solved at home. If appointments can be intimately received at home, they should also be used to create more intimacy and intimacy. In exchanges and meetings that allow you to bring your family with you, you should also “take advantage” so that besides work, you will have fun moments with your loved ones.
5. Do housework in the evening
After a long day of work, you may be very tired but try to get into the habit of doing small things around the house, talking or playing with your children for about 10 minutes… Then do some light exercise before going to bed. Tomorrow morning with so many things to do for a new day, you will understand how useful a little effort last night was.
6. Have a “priority time”
Your children won’t blame you for not being able to attend regular parent meetings or have dinner together every day because they understand the career burdens on your shoulders. However, they will be very sad and pitiful if you are not present at a music performance, a sports competition, a party with parents at their friends’ houses because this gives them pride… Find out and prioritize these “big events.”
7. Family Day
Sometimes, in addition to weekends, it is advisable to spend a day with family. Take advantage of the days off or you can negotiate with your superiors to make up for the next days. Especially after completing a project, you should take at least a day off to recharge and spend time with your family.
8. Focus on work
Do what you do, think only about it. Avoid letting worries and fears interrupt the work progress. Make a to-do list, the distractions, and take it slow. Once you’ve made a list of the things that worry you, you’ll naturally find things simpler.
9. Talk to your spouse about work and family
Don’t hide the things that make you worry and worry from your partner. Both of them contribute to the family and have empathy, the other will have more time to work and be less stressed. Try to have at least 30 minutes of conversation every day before bed or in the morning while getting ready for work.
10. Take care of yourself
Don’t be too workaholic and too perfectionist. Remember, the paperwork and contracts that need to be reviewed will arrive even if you die from exhaustion. Work is endless but health is limited, so always remember the old advice: “You must take care of yourself to be healthy enough to take care of your family, home and work”.
